All items in our store are made to order and created specifically for you after purchase. Please review the following shipping information carefully before ordering.
Processing time
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. This processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped by our production partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:
• Japan: 2–5 business days
• Hong Kong: 3–6 business days
• China: 4–8 business days
• Korea: 3–6 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Asia (excluding Japan, Hong Kong, China, and Korea): 4–8 business days
• Other international destinations: 7–21 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
International shipping and customs
We ship internationally, including to Hong Kong, China, and Korea. For orders outside your country, additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Customs processing times can also vary and may add extra days to your delivery, especially for shipments to mainland China.
Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, or local postal services, depending on your location and the production facility.
Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (where available). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.
Changes and cancellations
Because each item is made to order, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been submitted. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage (if applicable)
We will work with our production and shipping partners to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.
