All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items, including original artworks, prints, apparel, drinkware, phone cases, and other lifestyle products.
Why we don’t accept returns or refunds
Every item in our store is made to order and created specifically for you after purchase. Once your order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Because each piece is produced just for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Fit or personal preference

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed due to a production or shipping error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
We will work to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
What is not covered
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper washing or care
• Products that do not match personal taste after receiving them
• Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer
