As each item is produced with care and, in many cases, made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences and the nature of the materials. These are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if applicable.
