Made-to-Order Items

All Earthian Code products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because our products are produced only after an order is placed, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental orders, incorrect size selection, or preference changes. Please carefully review the product description, size chart, color options, and order details before completing your purchase.

Swimwear and Personal Items

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and other personal-use items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the product and the issue

Where applicable, photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once we have reviewed the issue, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund, depending on the circumstances. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request that you do so.

Size and Fit

We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please consult the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. Measurements may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

Color and Print Variations

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, or lighting. Minor placement, color, or print variations that do not affect the product’s intended use are not considered defects.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

For orders that are lost in transit, we will review the situation with our fulfillment and shipping partners. Replacements or refunds may be offered where appropriate.

Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, additional shipping fees may apply for a replacement order. Refunds are not guaranteed in these circumstances.
